Love of family and strong work ethic made him a great husband, dad, grandfather and brother. Earl served in the Army Air Guard Air Force as a tech sergeant working on airplane engines, with his favorite being the P51 Mustang. Earl belonged to the painter's local union #109 and the American Legion Post #3.
Earl is survived by: his daughter, Sue (Mark) Adel; sons, David W. (Lisa) Wood and John A. (Julie) Wood; grandchildren, Melanie Simpson, Aaron Adel, Melissa Martinez, Derric Wood, Amy and William Wood; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, June Reddick; and many nieces and nephews.
Earl will be welcomed in heaven by: his wife, Lorene "Renie"; parents; sisters, Margaret White and JoAnn Davidson; and brothers, Robert Wood and Oscar "Sonny" Wood.
