Mark Eric Lovett, 28, of Benton tragically passed away on the morning of July 8, 2016, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Northumberland County.

Born June 13, 1988, in Bloomsburg, he was a son of Stanley W. Lovett Sr. and May (Wiese) Lovett, of Benton.

Mark worked for Isabella’s (Bella’s) in Selinsgrove for the past 12 years as a cook and pizza maker.

He enjoyed movies, computer games, video games, composing music and spending time with his nieces and nephews. Mark had an infectious personality; he always made those around him laugh. Mark will be missed intensely by his friends and family.

Along with his parents, Stanley and May Lovett, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Mary Wiese, of Bristol, Pa.; his siblings: Stanley Lovett Jr. and his wife, Catherine, of Benton; Matthew Lovett and his wife, Jennifer, of Benton; Megan Saxton and her husband, Jack, of Stillwater; Scott Lovett and his wife, Crystal, of Mountain Top. Also surviving are the following nieces and nephews: Stanley Lovett III and his wife, Caitlin, and their daughter, Lucy; Benjamin Lovett, Adam Saxton, Luke Lovett, Micah Lovett, Abigail Saxton, Alyssa Saxton, Julia Lovett, Mackenna Lovett, Lauren Lovett, Emma Lovett, Madeline Lovett, Breanna Lovett and Talia Lovett.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at noon at the Stillwater Christian Church, 39 McMichael St., Stillwater, with Pastor Scott Lyons officiating. Burial will be in the Benton Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 at the church in Stillwater. Mark would say: “Casual attire required — come as you are.”
