Mrs. Elaine Cramer
Stafford Township
Mrs. Elaine Cramer, 42, of 5 Hilliard Drive, died yesterday at the Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, after a long illness.
Mrs. Cramer was born here and was a lifetime resident. She was employed by the W. B. Grant Agency, Union Township.
Mrs. Cramer's father is Roger (Doc) Cramer, a former baseball player and coach in the American League for 20 years.
Playing in the 1945 World Series between the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago Cubs, Doc batted .379 for the victorious Tigers in the seven game series.
Also surviving are her son, Roger M. II; mother, Mrs. Roger Cramer, all here; and a sister, Mrs. John Cramer, Country Lakes.
The Thomas L. Shinn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
