Mrs. Mary E. Crossman, widow of Maj. George H. Crosman, United States Army, retired, is dead at Mercer, Pa. Mrs. Crosman was a member of a family prominent in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio, being a daughter of the late Thomas E. Wick of Youngstown and Henrietta Foster. Her mother was the daughter of William B. Foster and a sister of the late Morrison, Stephen C. and William B. Foster of Pittsburg. Her husband was a son of Gen. George H. Grosman, United States Army, of Philadelphia. One daughter, Mrs. Maurice Campbell, known on stage as Henrietta Crosman, survives.

Caleb Baldwin, (1752-1810), enlisted as a soldier but was detailed to manufacture guns. He was born in Morristown, N.J.; died in Youngstown, Ohio.
