PAMPA - Harold Arthur "Buck'' Muns, 83, died Saturday, July 19, 1997.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with Dr. Jim Prock, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Muns was born in Davenport, Okla. He was a gas plant operator for Skelly, Getty and Texaco for 43 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday school for the men's adult class for many years.

He married Jessie Branson in 1937 at Pawhuska, Okla.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Karen Goodwin of Wheaton, Md., and Carol Nichols of Denver; a son, Bob Muns of Pampa; a sister: Eva Selken of Oklahoma City; 13 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
