A SAD ACCIDENT
Mrs. LYPE, who resides at Benton, was here visiting her daughter, Mrs. James BAYS, who lives on the FRAZIER farm, near Martin's Store, and while there another daughter, who is temporarily living at Carmi, drove over to take her mother home with her. While on their way to Carmi their horse became frightened and ran away. Mrs. FRAZIER escaped unhurt, but her mother was more unfortunate, receiving injuries that caused her death a few hours after the accident. The remains were taken to Benton, Friday, for interment
