BEARD -- George W Beard, 63, a resident of Wyandotte County thirty-five years, died yesterday after he suffered a heart attack at the home, 5310 Webster. Firemen from the Welborn station used a resuscitator in an attempt to revive him.
Mr Beard served with the Cavalry in France in World War I. He later worked as a radio repairman. He was born at Milford, Kansas.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs Elsie Beard, and a son, Thomas Beard of the home; a brother, Clyde T Beard, Manhattan, Kansas, and a sister, Mrs Leora Williams, Milford.
