She was born April 15, 1932 in Fairmont, West Virginia to Reuben and Eula (Matthews) Ford. She married Bernard Harper on September 28, 1953 in Lawton, Oklahoma, and he preceded her in death in 2005.
Mildred enjoyed playing cards, and was a member of the Little Prairie Christian Church.
Mildred is survived by two daughters: LuCinda Reid and Stephanie (Dan) Boylan; one son, Kevin (Jane) Harper; six grandchildren: Jason Reid, Logan Harper, Tsacha McWhinney, Caleb Harper, Alexis Thomas, and Justin Harper; and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Allen Ford. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, and one sister.
Funeral services at Ingram Funeral Home in Albion with burial to follow in Graceland Cemetery.
