DAVENPORT — Georgia Juanita (Milhouse) Green, 75, of Davenport, departed this life on July 4 at her home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Third Missionary Baptist Church, Davenport, with Pastor Rogers Kirk officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Orr’s Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
She was born Nov. 17, 1940, in Birmingham, Alabama, the daughter of George E. and Mary (Powell) Milhouse. She was a member of Third Missionary Baptist Church.
She enjoyed bowling, going to the casino, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Survivors include a daughter Vickie M. (Dana R.) Douglas, Davenport; sons, Gary D. (Sally) West, Davenport, Eric S. (Rebecca) Green, Norwalk, Iowa, and Barry D. (Patricia Steel) Green; sisters, Beatrice (Ray) Jones, Ernestine L. Milhouse, Davenport, and Imojean (Andrew Jones) Johnson, Davenport; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
