Veronica was born in Lake Charles on April 29, 1970 to John Fontenot, Sr. and Alice Stewart Fontenot.
Survivors include her husband; son; daughter; two brothers; two sisters; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews she loved dearly.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Alice Fontenot; brother-in-law, Ricky Lee Parker; and her loving poodle, Candie.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 2 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral with Charles Manuel officiating. Burial will follow in LeBleu Cemetery in Lake Charles. Visitation begins Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m in the funeral home.
