MARSHFIELD - Richard E. Worden, 49, of Marshfield, operations manager for McKesson Wine and Spirits Co., Norwood, died Sunday at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, after a long illness.
Born in Rochester, N.Y., he had lived in West Springfield before moving to Marshfield 15 years ago. He served with the Army during the Korean conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Duperault) Worden; a son, LIVING; and a daughter, LIVING; his parents, Elmer and Dorothy Worden, and an aunt, Elsie Dhaenens, all of Rochester, N.Y.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM tomorrow in MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
