Mother Fannie L. Bennett Sims was born April 19, 1951 to the Late Blossie Bennett Massop and the Late Haggai Monroe in Dade City, Florida. She grew up in Trilby and was a graduate of Mickens High School, class of 1969 and received certified training in daycare for the Pasco County School District in the Cyesis Program. As a child she attended First Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Trilby and was more recently a faithful member of Bread of Life Worship Center serving in various capacities: Church Mother, Board Member, Sunday School Superintendent and worked faithfully on the Finance Committee. She will be greatly missed by her children and family as well as her church family and friends. Mother Sims leaves to cherish her fond memories: two daughters, Kimberly and Kelli Sims (Willie) of Dade City, FL; four sisters, Rosa B. Hill (Joseph) of Trilby, FL, Laura Mathis (Rev. Henry) of Brooksville, FL, Hope Pope of St. Cloud, FL and Carol Fiddler of Poinciana, FL; two brothers, Charles and John Fiddler; one devoted granddaughter, Diamond Evans; a devoted step-father, Charles Massop of Trilby, FL; one uncle, Morgan Evans; her foster daughters, Crystal Stewart and Lakeysha Malliard; her surrogate sisters, Edele Graham and Freddie Mae Reed; and a host of nieces, nephews, god children and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
