Mr. Larry Lee Owen, age 73 of Williamson, went home to be with the Lord Friday, July 1, 2016. He was born in Atlanta on February 20, 1943 to the late Lonzie and Mary Johnson Owen. Mr. Owen was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He retired from Delta Airlines after 27 years of service, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. ". A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 6 at 3:00 pm at Westwood Gardens and Mausoleum. The family will receive friends on Wednesday. July 6, 2016 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Spalding Senior Center Meals on Wheels program, 885 Memorial Drive, Griffin, GA 30223.
