Michael was a retired plastic surgeon who practiced in Thousand Oaks, California.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents Peyton and Rubye Pardue of Nashville. He is survived by his brother David (Pat) Pardue and his sister Cheryl Pearson.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10am on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Spring Hill Cemetery.
