Jimmy Darwyn Henson, age 83, was born in Woodville Community of Chester County. Graduated Chester County High School in 1951 and Memphis State in 1955. He was most valuable player in football at Chester High and also played at Memphis State. His degree was in Industrial Arts. He was a member of Palestine Baptist Church.
After marriage, he worked for Dupont, returned to Henderson in 1971 and purchased the Ford Tractor Dealership. He enjoyed being at the shop, seeing friends. He also loved to fish and hunt, and had served on the Woodville Cemetery Board for many years.
