Debra L. Myers, 62, of Kyler Ave., Mill Hall, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Gatehouse Hospice, Williamsport. She was born in Lock Haven on July 10, 1953, the daughter of Glenn and Emma Heltman Miller whom survive in Snydertown. Deb was a 1971 graduate of Bellefonte High School. On March 18, 1978 in Lock Haven, she married Robert S. “Bob” Myers, whom survives. Deb was employed as a Caseworker for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of her cats, especially her adopted stray cats. Most of all, she loved spending time with her husband, Bob and daughter, Tara. In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by her daughter, Tara N. Myers of Lock Haven; a brother, Daniel (Kim) Miller of Bloomsburg; and her sister, Lisa (Gary) Gaines of Snydertown.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa 17745 with Deacon Chip Young officiating.
Private burial will be at St. Agnes Catholic Cemetery, Lock Haven. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Gatehouse Hospice.
