Lori L. Welch, 53, of Endicott passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Binghamton General Hospital. Lori was predeceased by her grandparents, Fred Sr. and Sylvia Harvey, and Harry and May VanVorce; father, Fred Harvey Jr., and her husband, William Welch. Lori is survived by her mother, Loretta (Richard) Nelson; children, Jessica (Dennis) Brenes, and Jared Welch; sisters, Karen (Ron) Qualls, Patti (Carl) Reynolds, Michelle (Shayne) Sage; brothers, Scott (Misha) Harvey, Blaine (Beth) Harvey, Erin Nelson, Eric (Lori) Nelson, Stacey (Tim) Caletka, and Mark (Kris) Pennell; Louis Benson; along with many nieces and nephews. Lori will be missed by many of her well-loved friends who knew her as an outgoing, charismatic person who loved her children and would do anything she could for them. She was a member of the Crossroads of Life Church in Binghamton. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego with Rev. Dann E. Travis officiating and burial to follow in Hope Cemetery, Newark Valley. Family invites friends to call on Monday, October 14, 2013 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home. An educational fund will be established for Jared Welch and memorial donations may be mailed to Loretta Nelson, 21 Hillside Drive, Apalachin, NY 13732.
