Survived by parents, Kurt and Beverly Baker; children, Patrick, Bryce and Hailey; sisters, Celestina Baker and Aimee (Greg) Price; nieces, Brianna, Sophie and Campbell; nephew, Carter; the love of his life and best friend, Krista and her children, Olivia and Griffin; buddies, Benny, Darby and Morti; grandparents, Chet and Sally Baker; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services were held Sunday, July 3, 2016 at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, OH 43110 with Mitch Price and Dave Beaver officiating. Interment Carroll Cemetery.
