His body was cremated and a graveside memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 18, at Middle Fork Cemetery in rural Redding. The Rev. Gwen Trullinger will officiate. Military rites will be conducted by Ringgold Post No. 172 and Iowa Honor Guard Unit.
Paul Trullinger, son of Pearl (Brown) and Washington Irving Trullinger, was born May 23, 1922, in Oregon.
Paul served his country in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1946. He was a heavy equipment operator.
Paul is survived by his three children ; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren;other family members and friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; son Roger Trullinger; brothers, John, Doyle and Harold Trullinger; and sisters, Mona Sovereign, Zola Tull and Gladys Bonjour.
