Grave marker reports that she died "in the 10th year of her age." If she actually died in the 10th year of her age (so aged 9 years), she was born between 04 APR 1853 and 03 APR 1854. If, instead, she died aged 10 years, she was born between 04 APR 1852 and 03 APR 1854.

baby HOOPER, disinterred & reinterred in the same section - Section 1, Lot 147, by undertaker [Charlton Lafayette] Torbett [which establishment was acquired in October 1933 by Britton & Dobbs Funeral Home and the records merged].

Per “Britton & Dobbs Funeral Home Records, 1889-1971,” transcribed and edited by Patsy Daniel Wright (2010), p. 480: HOOPER children (2), disinterring and reinterring on 24 AUG 1925 at Linwood Cemetery.
