Vicki was born on August 26, 1951 in Indianapolis, IN to parents Wallie Conrad and Doris Zipperian and entered into eternal rest on June 12, 2016 at the age of 64. Vicki loved her family; especially her son and granddaughter. She loved summer time and taking summer vacations. Vicki's favorite place to visit was going to Sea World. She loved to cook and watch food network. One of her favorite foods was brisket. Vicki worked at Genesis Healthcare; as a manager for 8 years. She was Methodist by faith. Vicki was a very loving and caring lady who will be missed tremendously by those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her son Bradley Westbrook and wife Sultana of McKinney, sister Karen "Suzie" Paul and husband Butch of Murray, Kentucky, granddaughter Amelia, nieces; Anne and Jennifer, nephew Buzzy, cousins; Kevin and Ken, best friend Melissa Hixon, other loving family members and many more friends.
