John Brannon, a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, died recently.
Mr. Brannon was a member of Tyner Church of Christ. He was retired from the Air Force as a master sergeant after more than 21 years of service. He was also a member of the Air Force Sergeants Association.
Survivors include his wife, Polly Brannon of Chattanooga; one son, Daniel Brannon of Nashville; one brother, Earl Jackson Brannon of Palm Beach, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m in the Highway 58 Chapel with Minister John Cupp and Minister George Cupp officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-9 p.m at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Homes.
