Kermit Gay, 73, of Bald Knob, died Friday, July 1, 2016. He was born January 26, 1943, the son of Arnold and Ethel Martin Gay.
Kermit is survived by his wife of 37 years, Helen; a step-son, James Brown (Paris); one grandson, Nick Beard (Lacy); three step-grandchildren, Wade Osterburg (Erica), Holly Osterburg, and Isaiah Prusser; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Kermit was honored to consider all brothers-in-law and sisters-in law his family. He is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Deshawn Beard.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home of Bald Knob. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
