JACKSON, Lowell Henry age 84 of Franklin, OH; died Thursday April 22, 2010 at the Carlisle Manor. Lowell was born in Harveysburg, OH on November 28, 1925 to Coleman and Marie (Rich) Jackson. He was a veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Army and retired from the Farm Bureau following 25 years of service and the Carlisle Schools following 16 years of service. Lowell was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mildred (Popp), mother of his children; 2 sons Gilbert and Lowell Edward Jackson; a daughter Julie Ann Jackson; 2 brothers Harry and Bill Jackson; 2 sisters Laura Jackson and Edith Purvis. Lowell is survived by his wife of 44 years Clara Wolf (Stivers) Jackson; 4 sons Franklin Jackson, Robert Jackson, Victor Jackson, John Jackson, and a step son Steve Stivers; 2 daughters Brenda Cowgill, Victoria Lovell, 2 step daughters Sarah Teague, and Sandra Greene; 2 brothers Coleman and Carl Jackson; 4 sisters Ruth Cornette, Mary Phillips, Iona Bruin, and Peggy Angus; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
