HAWK, KENNETH LEE, age 87, of Madisonville, passed away 11:20 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2016 at home. He was a graduate of Tellico Plains High School, and a member of Notchey Creek Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army and retired from Alcoa Aluminum Company after 43 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Willard and Elsie Brown Hawk; brother, Billy Hawk; daughter-in-law, Vendeline Hawk; brother-in-law, Harvey Ellis. Survivors: wife of 68 years, Imogene Watson Hawk; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Buddy Stalcup, Joan and Dean Turpin, Ann and Greg Blankenship, all of Madisonville, Amy and Mark Ross, of Jefferson City; sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Francis Hawk, of Madisonville, John and Betty Hawk, of Maryville, Jack Hawk, of Madisonville; grandchildren, Charlie Hawk, Tim Rucker, Lacey Rucker, Adam Hawk, Laura Vandergiff, Melissa Shaffer, Jennifer Barger, Keri McCarter, Cody Moser, Lucas Blankenship, Megan Blankenship, Brandon Ross; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Alice Ellis, of Madisonville; brother and sisters-in-law, Jim and Shirley Hawk , of Hesperia, CA, Sandy Hawk, of Ontario, CA. Funeral 7:00 p.m. Sunday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. Gale Miller officiating. Interment 10:00 a.m. Monday, Notchey Creek Cemetery.
