Newspaper columnist, anti-poverty advocate.

Harry Lehotsky was the founding pastor of New Life Ministries, an inner city church in the West End neighborhood of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He was also a newspaper columnist for the Winnipeg Sun, often writing about inner city issues of crime and renewal. He also inspired the Lazarus Housing Renewal Program and the Ellice Cafe and Theatre, two initiatives meant to inspire new confidence in the West End. He was honored before his death with the unveiling of a wall mural on Maryland Street, the same street as that of his ministry. He died from pancreatic cancer.
