Susan K. Hartman, 67, of Nampa, died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at a Nampa Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel.

Susan Kay (South, Evans) Hartman, 67, of Nampa Idaho, passed away June 28, 2016. A celebration of life, service and potluck, will be held at the LDS Church at 18486 Middleton Rd, Caldwell, Idaho in the Cultural Hall on July 16, 2016 beginning at 10:00 am.
Susan was born in Cascade, Idaho on February 14, 1949, the daughter of George and Barbara South. In 1963 the family moved to Glenns Ferry, Idaho where she graduated high school in 1967. She attended Stevens-Henager College in Utah, where she graduated in 1969. In August 1974 she gave birth to her daughter Melissa. She married John Evans in August 1977, and they raised three children on a small acreage in Meridian, Idaho. John retired and He and Susan moved to Nampa in 2004 after purchasing a new home. John passed away in January 2006. In April 2011, Susan married Ron Hartman. They have lived in Nampa, Idaho since that date.
She is survived by her Husband, Ron Hartman; Daughters Christine Perkey and husband James, Melissa Mazzullo and husband Jarod; Son Aaron Evans and wife Marie; Her Mother Barbara South-Hamrick; Sister Tish Starkey; Brother Tom South; and multiple nieces and nephews; and Grandsons Michael J. Abbott, Daniel S. Perkey, Nikolas L. Mazzullo and John A Evans.
She was preceded in death by her Father George South, Brother Sam South, and grandson Alexander J Evans.
