Mrs. King-Colwell, born in Sampson County, NC; was the daughter of the late Stephen Everette Tyndall and the widow of husbands, Larry James King and John E. Colwell. She was also preceded in death by a brother, David Wayne Tyndall.
She was a retired waitress. She loved her family and will be truly missed.
She is survived by two sons, Roy D, King (Bonnie) of Newton Grove; Aaron L. King of Clinton; her mother, Daisy Tyndall of Clinton; four sisters, Virginia Herring (Glenn) of Oak Island; Barbara Lee (Jerry) of Clinton; Patricia Lane (Allen Todd) of Clinton; and Brenda Gautier (Mike) of Clinton; two brothers, James Tyndall of Clinton; and Billy Tyndall (Jeff Norris) of Burgaw; 3 grandchildren.
