HICKS, DAVID LYNN (WHISTLE), age 68, of Madisonville, passed away 12:52 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016 at U.T. Medical Center. He was a member of Watson Chapel Baptist Church and retired from Thomas and Betts after 38 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Hobert and Lena Mae Hicks; brothers and sisters, John Hicks, Claude Hicks, Wilson Hicks, Bill Hicks, Hobert Hicks, Jr., Mary “Punk” Morgan, Juanita Myers; father-in-law, W.B. Martin; brother-in-law, Randall Martin. Survivors: wife of 47 years, Wanda Martin Hicks; daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Mike McNabb, of Madisonville; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Tina Hicks, of Athens, Chris and Jessica Hicks, of Madisonville; grandchildren, Jennifer White, Cody McNabb, Kaelan Hicks, Rachel Walker, Hayden Hicks; great-grandchildren, Anna Bella and Brycen White;
