Jeffrey, age 58, of McDonald, North Fayette Twp., died Friday, February 5, 2016, in UPMC Montefiore. He was born May 23, 1957, in Canonsburg, a son of Ruth Garrett Powell of North Fayette Twp., and the late Robert Powell. Mr. Powell was a laborer with Local Union 373. Surviving are his mother; his son, Jeffrey Powell, Jr. of North Fayette Twp.; brothers, Rocky Powell and Timmy (Diane) Powell, both of Pittsburgh; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Powell; one brother, Robert Powell. Friends will be received Tuesday, 2-6 p.m. in the THOMAS - LITTLE FUNERAL SERVICE, INC., 5000 Noblestown Road, Oakdale.
