She was a caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a long time resident of Hayti. She was a homemaker of the home who enjoyed being with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Pearl Quertermouse Wilson, her husband, Roy Moore, two sisters, Ola Marie Riddle and Brenda Kay Golden.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Julia Pekas of Hayti, MO and Jeannette Moore of Hayti, MO, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, Woodrow, Don, and Jim Wilson, 5 sisters, Lois Laster and Billie Jean Brewer of Dickson, TN, Judy Watson of Bellville, IL, Christine Ledbetter of Caruthersville, MO, and Betty Walker of Southaven, MS, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Funeral Services were held Thursday, June 30, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the John W. German Funeral Home chapel with Br. Don Wilson officiating. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti.
Active pallbearers were Rick Riley, Bob Brewer, William Brewer, Tom Watson, Mario Pekas, and Jacob Pekas. Honorary pallbearers were Wayne Bowman, Cody Carpenter, and Terry Evans.
