Martin Leo Hines, 62, former resident of Frostburg, died Saturday at Fairmont, W. Va., where he had resided for 15 years. A requiem mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a. m. tomorrow at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Burial will be in the family lot at St. Michael's Cemetery. Mr. Hines is survived by a brother, Frank P. Hines, this city, and a sister, Mrs. Clara Hines Smith, Atlanta, Ga.
