Bob was born February 28, 1949 to Gene and Evelyn Saltzman in Tulare. He attended Tulare Schools, graduating from T.U.H.S. in 1967. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and went to Vietnam.
Bob was a diehard 49ers, Giants fan and enjoyed cheering them on.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gene & Evelyn Saltzman, grandparents Harold & Myrtle (Strean) Saltzman, John & Bessie Kays, and brother Steve Saltzman.
He is survived by son Bobby Castor, sister Debby Beck, Bruce, nephew Brent Beck, Theresa, niece Brianne Simoes, Johnny, nephew Shawn Saltzman, Shannon and niece Collette, Allan.
We will miss him dearly
Private burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Miller's Tulare Funeral Home.
