Pamela was raised in Garland by her mother, Rachel and step-father, William Author (Bill) Kuster. She moved to Wills Point in 1995. Pamela was a hard working single mother of two who loved her family and her two dogs, Lilly Jo and Baby and also enjoyed a little gambling.
