Retired U.S. Air Force Col. William "Bill" Lewis Stover, 78, husband of Bettie Bernard Stover, died on Sunday, June 26, 2016, at his home.

Born in Henderson, Kentucky, he was a son of the late William Cody and Eilene Hawkins Stover. Mr. Stover was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in Lexington, Kentucky, and received his master's degree from Trinity University. He retired from the U.S. Air Force with 26 years of service and was a member of American Legion Post 15. He was a pharmacist and owner and operator of Sibert's Drug Store. He was a member of the S.C. Pharmacy Association.
