She was a homemaker and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Alma, AR.
Funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2016 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in U. S. National Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Barrett of the home; one daughter, Cheryl Diane Adkisson of Alma, AR; two sons, Richard Wayne Barrett of Seattle, WA and Michael Todd Barrett of Alma, AR; her mother, Gladys Mae Nortin of Tampa, FL; one brother, Richard James Cole of Tampa, FL; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
