Donald C. Henley, 81, passed peacefully at home on Monday, June, 20, 2016 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. He was the husband of Joan (Griffin) Henley.
He was born in Kingsport, TN, the son of the late Roy and Dorcas (Marion) Henley.
Donald served our country in the United States Air Force and worked in the steel industry, retiring from ACCO.
He leaves to cherish his memory, in addition to his wife, a son, Patrick Henley; two daughters, Teresa (Micheal) Conaway and Tara Poff; six grandchildren, Mandy, Kacie, Shane, Courtney, Hannah and Griffin; six great-grandchildren, Aiden, Daniel, Christian, Eibhlin, Benjamin, Elijah and one on the way; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Gladfelter Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
