Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Janey Wilkerson Burgess; one daughter, Mrs. Mozella Matheny, Oak Hill; six sons, Aultie, Tazewell, Va., Orville, LaSal Junction, Utah, Burmon, Wilmington, Del., Earl, Long Beach, Calif., Claris, Los Angeles, Calif. and Wallace (Wally), Uniontown, Pa.; one brother, Charley, Glen Jean; one sister, Mrs. Virgie McGraw, St. Albans; 19 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at the Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill

Funeral services for Frank Earl Burgess will be conducted at 2:30 p. m. Saturday in the Jones Avenue Church of God by the Rev. John Winters and the Rev. C. S. Donnelly. Burial will be in the Highlawn Memorial Park.
Burgess, 66, Oak Hill died at 6 a. m. Thursday in Oak Hill after an extended illness. The body will be removed from the Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, to the church one hour prior to services. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
