Thomas was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
He is survived by his cousin: Ellen (Frank) Lee of Odentown, Maryland.
Family and Friends will be received from 10:30 - 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 in St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 601 E. Delp Road, Lancaster. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Daniel F. X. Powell as Celebrant.
Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 01:30 PM.
