From Boyle history, the mother, Mary Ann Boyles, was visiting her son, Ike Boyles, who lived in Stiles, Texas. During her visit, she became ill and died. It is said high water prevented her from returning home. Mary Ann Boyles is buried near Brady, in a non-cemetery burial. The date of this event is unrecorded, but would be after 1880.
