He was born April 5, 1949 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Willie Wilbur and Myrtle Lorene (Bray) Foster.
He retired from his HVAC business, Perry's Heating and Air.
He was a former volunteer firefighter in Hope, an avid hunter and a beloved father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Linda Dianne (Miller) Foster; three brothers, Randy Foster, Earl Foster and Doyle Foster; two sisters, Martha Whitt and Shirley Justice; and a half sister, Norma Dunn.
He is survived by a son, John Foster (and wife, Sherrie) of Bella Vista, Arkansas; a daughter, Melissa Foster of Texarkana, Texas; four grandchildren; two brothers, Dennis Foster of California and Richard Foster of Alabama; a sister, Karla Champagne of Arkansas and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, June 27, 2016 at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home in Hope, Arkansas.
Graveside Services will be at 10:00 a.m.,Tuesday, June 28, 2016 in Memory Gardens Cemetery with Brother Carroll Bryant officiating.
