Carolyn was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Tri-City Church of God in Fairmont and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, Austin and Jada, gardening and helping others. Carolyn also enjoyed going to church, baking and reading her Bible. She was a superbly wonderful, strong, caring and compassionate woman. She spread her love and kindness to all, helping others to her last breath. She is now reunited with her husband and God.
Carolyn is survived by her three children, Kimberly Musick and her husband Randall of Morgantown, H. Paul Brownlee Jr. and his wife Lori of Rivesville and John Brownlee of Baxter; her two angels, Austin Brownlee and Jada Brownlee; sister, Dora May Fischer and her husband Gary of Grant Town; brother, Pete McNunis and his wife Nancy of Baxter; niece Sharon Martin; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Judy Brownlee; and many nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws and other relatives.
The family will receive friends at Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel, 207 Second St., Rivesville, WV 26588, on Sunday, June 26, 2016, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Monday, June 27, 2016, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 11 with her brother, Pete McNunis officiating. A committal service will follow at McCurdysville Cemetery.
