She was born on November 12, 1921 in York county PA and was preceded in death by her cherished husband Clifford F Hocker, Sr, son Clifford F Hocker Jr, and her siblings Cindy, Jack, Fred, Arthur, Beatrice and Tommy.
She is survived by her ever faithful daughter, Janice L Freedman, beloved sons David L Hocker and Lee E Hocker, and her sister Barbara Sunday. She was a very special grandma to nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Betty was a lifelong member of the Harrisburg First Seventh-Day Adventist church. She bestowed her undying faith upon her family and will be remembered for her beautiful gardens, generous spirit and youthful exuberance. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Tuesday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
