June 19, 2016,in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Buffy was born February 20,1973, in Ashland, Ky; daughter of James Clay and
the late Bobby Dale Thacker. She was a telemarketer with G C Services and a Beautician. Beside her father she was also preceded in death by a brother Christopher Spencer. Besides her mother she is also survived by one daughter, Alyssa Jane
Arthur(Brandon Clagg; one son, Bobby Lee Arthur(Sydnee Hall)
;the father of her children Scott Arthur; one brother, Tony
Talbert; her step mother Roseana Thacker White; a special cousin Katrina Cruz; fiance' Vince Agee Jr; and numerous other friends and family members. Visitation will be from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 25 2016. at the first Baptist Church of Kenova. Funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. following visitation with Pastor Scott Byard officiating ,Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
