She was born April 4, 1961, in Bad Axe, the daughter of Stanley Gerald Lewis and Lorraine Clair Krist.
Lisa liked yard work and gardening. She also enjoyed wood working.
She is survived by her sons, Dereck Simmons of Caseville and Chandell (Dorothy) Simmons of Bad Axe, as well as her grandchildren Haylee and Logan Simmons and Cody and McKenzie Simmons.
Also surviving are her brothers, Mark (Tammy) Lewis of Kinde, Stan (Joan Peters) Lewis of Bad Axe, Wes Lewis of Bad Axe, Ken Lewis of Pigeon, and Greg Nickolas of Kinde; and her sister, Shelley (Ed) Ryan of Chicago, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Lisa L. Simmons will be from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m. Monday at Knoblock Funeral Home, Kinde. She will be buried in Colfax Cemetery, Colfax Township.
