Sam worked for Readington Farms in the quality control department for many years. He enjoyed Hunting, stock car racing and his favorite song was The Gambler by Kenny Rogers.
He is survived by his siblings, Robert Vaughn, Jr. of West Easton, Pa., William Vaughn, Sr. and his wife Tina of Phillipsburg, NJ. and Vanessa Gudzinas and her husband Donald of Saylorsburg, Pa. He is also survived by a step-brother, Jonathan Vacura of Bath, Pa., and Step-Sisters, Debra Merrit of Phillipsburg, NJ. and Ann Mulrooney of West Easton, Pa. Many nieces and nephews also survive Sam. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Lori A. Vaughn.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 11am in The Finegan Funeral Home, 924 2nd Ave. Alpha, NJ. A calling hour will be held on Wednesday from 10am to 11am in the funeral home. Inurnment will take place in United Presbyterian Cemetery, Alpha, NJ.
