Survivors include his wife of 31 years Deborah (Doyle), son Bennett Hall of Streetsboro, OH and sisters Louise Wojnar of Oxford, NJ, Mari Arnold of Coral Gables, FL and Laura Hall of Winchester, KY.
Cremation has taken place, there will be no calling hours or services.
