A much loved man passed away on June 15, 2016 from complications due to Early on-set Alzheimer's.

Kevin Thomas Morrow was Principal Architect /Partner for GDASW Architects in Tucson and Phoenix and past president for the Southern AZ Chapter of the American institute of Architects (AIA).

He was an avid cyclist for most of his life and member of the "Bookman's Sports" cycling club. He was a Senior member of the Centurions and previous member of the TMC Foundation Board. When he was no longer able to work or cycle and his vision and balance were failing, he spent endless hours collecting rocks in the desert and enjoyed morning walks with his neighbor Ken. On Sundays he found solace in attending mass at St. Pius X Catholic Church.

Honesty, integrity and faith were all traits ingrained by his late parents, Evelyn & Thomas F. Morrow, MD. He shared a rich childhood in Wichita, KS with five brothers and sisters and several friends who still remain close. Kevin loved to toss back a few beers and visit with family and friends. He always enjoyed a good party and was well known as an "enthusiastic" dancer.

When his young mind began to betray him, he refused sympathy or self pity, instead choosing to live each day to the best of his abilities. He was truly an inspiration to all who encountered him and a source of strength for those who held him most dear. It was just a slight fall that escalated his illness. Even as he fought to live, he'd try to comfort us with humor and love. It is unfortunate that he was taken far too soon. We will shed our tears, long for him and then must let him go. Kevin would insist that we make short our grief, for he's been called to God and is with the many companions who have gone before him. Most of all he'd rather we celebrate because now he is whole again, heaven fills his eyes and he is dancing with the angels.

Kevin Thomas Morrow, 63, is survived by his wife, Cheryl; children, Jack Morrow & Claire (Jeff) Johnson & their mother, Jane Morrow. Siblings; Deborah (James) Vaughan, Sheila (Stephen) Morrow-Daney, Tim Morrow (Kevin Callahan), Chris (Marianne) Morrow & Dan Morrow; nephews; William Vaughan, Noah Daney & niece; Hannah Daney; his beloved dogs, Rusty & Vicky.

A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM, Friday, July 8th at St. Pius X Catholic Church. A Memorial mass will be held at Noon, Saturday, July 9th at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1800 N. Pio Decimo, Tucson, AZ.
