Katelynn DeLong, age five months, of Freeport, Fla., passed away Nov. 8, 2006, at her residence.
She was born on May 26, 2006, in Nashville, Tenn., to Albert DeLong and Sherry Cox.
Katelynn is survived by her father, Albert William DeLong of Freeport, and Sherry Lynn Cox of Freeport; grandparents Judy and Larry Cox of Scottsboro, Ala., and Rebecca and John DeLong of Freeport; aunt and uncle, Susan and Bradley Adams of Stevenson, Ala., and Aunt Tiffany DeLong of Freeport.
A time of visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home in Freeport. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Lloyd Lykons officiating.
Floral arrangements are being accepted or donations may be made to the family.
Burial will follow in Hatcher Cemetery.
