Bill, 93, Celina, died at 9:03 a.m., at Otterbein Retirement Home.

He was the son of William S. and Nellie B. (Ford) Bollinger. On Jun 28, 1952, he married Martha J. Koons, who survives in St. Marys.

Also surviving are a daughter, Cheryl (Jim), Celina; two sons: Craig (Becky), Lima, Robert (Debra), Plain City; a sister-in-law, Sarah Bollinger, MI; and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Deceased is a brother, Gerald.

A 1943 graduate of Altoona High School, he served his country in the United States Marine Corp during the WWII era. He retired from Mersman-Sommers after 32 years, where he worked as a tool grinder. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, Celina FAM, and Scottish Rites, a life member of Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713. He was also served as a Scout Master and was a volunteer firefighter. He loved spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and traveling.

Services will be at the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, with the Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina V.F.W. Post 5713 providing military honors.
